Mr. Hayes is a Vice President of The Pacific Group. He specializes in business planning and wealth transfer. Prior to joining The Pacific Group, Mr. Hayes worked as an analyst for the William C. Connor Educational Investment Fund. While working as an analyst, he developed and applied complex financial analyses to manage a large investment portfolio. Prior to this, Mr. Hayes worked at Cogent Partners, a private equity investment banking firm.

Mr. Hayes received a Bachelor of Business Administration with honors in Finance and Entrepreneurial Management from Texas Christian University.
